Our Phoenix Mountain Oolong is the benchmark for the oolongs of Chao Zhou in the high coastal mountains of Guangdong province. These tea trees were reserved for the Imperial Court during the Song Dynasty and some of those very tea trees are still producing to this day. Suggested water temperature: 195°-210°
Infuse: 2-3 minutes for first infusion. Re-infuse 3-4 times.
